Upload your designs and arrange them on the rolling canvas. As you add artwork, the canvas expands and your running total updates automatically. Pricing is based on the square inches of space used, so you only pay for the area needed for your designs.

Before adding your gang sheet to the cart, carefully review the entire layout for sizing, spacing, backgrounds, missing elements and image quality.

Print-ready means your artwork is completely finished and can be printed exactly as submitted without any editing or correction from Swift Prints.

Your files should:

• Be high-resolution, preferably 300 DPI at the final print size
• Have a truly transparent background
• Have clean, smooth edges
• Be sized exactly as you want them printed
• Include the correct spelling, colors and final design
• Contain no checkerboard pattern, unwanted background, cut-off artwork or overlapping elements

Creating an image with AI does not automatically make it print-ready.

No. Swift Prints is a printing service. We do not review, edit, resize, rearrange, proofread or correct gang sheets before printing.

Your order will be printed exactly as it appears when submitted. You are responsible for checking every design and the complete gang sheet before placing your order.

All designs must have a truly transparent background. A checkerboard displayed inside an editing program may represent transparency, but a checkerboard that is part of the actual image will print.

Any white boxes, leftover background pieces, halos or checker marks may also print.

Faint or partially transparent elements—such as smoke, clouds, shadows, glows and soft edges—may not print correctly with the DTF process. Please inspect your finished artwork against both a light and dark background before uploading it.

For the best results, artwork should be 300 DPI at the actual size it will be printed. Enlarging a small, blurry or pixelated image inside the builder will not improve its quality.

Low-resolution, grainy, blurry or distorted artwork will print that way. Simply changing the DPI number does not restore missing image detail.

Not necessarily. Phones, tablets and computer monitors display color using RGB light, while printed colors are reproduced with ink. Every screen displays color differently, and some bright or neon screen colors cannot be reproduced exactly in print.

Please use CMYK-safe colors when designing and understand that some color variation is normal. If an exact shade is critical, we strongly recommend ordering a test print or using our printed color chart before placing a larger order.

Swift Prints does not change, correct or guarantee the colors in customer-supplied artwork.

The builder includes basic tools that may allow you to add text, change certain colors, remove backgrounds and arrange individual designs.

These tools do not guarantee that an image will become print-ready. Background removal and other automatic features may leave behind checker marks, rough edges, missing details or transparent pixels.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing every design and the complete gang sheet before adding it to your cart. Swift Prints does not review or correct the builder’s results before printing.

No. Transfers are not individually cut. Your designs will arrive together on the gang sheet or roll exactly as printed, and you will need to cut the individual transfers apart before pressing.

This applies regardless of how many copies or separate designs are included on the sheet. for carefully reviewing every design and the complete gang sheet before adding it to your cart. Swift Prints does not review or correct the builder’s results before printing.

We print Monday through Saturday. Orders placed by 9:00 AM EST are eligible for same-day printing.

Same-day completion is not always guaranteed. Large orders, high-volume periods, equipment maintenance or file-related issues may require additional time.

Please wait until you receive your “Order Is Ready” email before coming to pick up your order. If you use "SHOP" to checkout or do not save an email in your account, you will not receive the code to retrieve your order from our 24/7 secure pickup box.

Pickup orders are available only after you receive your ready notification.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight. Orders are typically shipped through UPS. Shipping time begins after the carrier receives your package and is separate from our production turnaround time.

All custom DTF transfer orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

A reprint will be provided only when there is a verified printing or production error made by Swift Prints. Reprints will not be issued for:

• Low-resolution, blurry or pixelated artwork
• Incorrect sizing or placement
• Unremoved or incorrect backgrounds
• Checkerboard marks or transparent-pixel issues
• Spelling or design errors
• Normal color differences between screens and printed output
• Pressing, application or customer errors
• Failure to follow the listed file requirements

Swift Prints, does NOT replace garments if pressing does not go as planned. It is up to the customer to inspect all transfers for printer errors, or adhesion issues BEFORE pressing.

Because orders may enter production quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after checkout.

Yes, when time and file quality allow. Artwork preparation is a separate paid service and is not included with the price of printing.

Services may include background removal, image cleanup, resizing, color adjustments or rebuilding a file for printing. Fees begin at $20 per image or $50 per hour, depending on the complexity.

Artwork services must be requested and approved before production. Some low-quality or distorted AI-generated images may require a professional graphic designer and may not be repairable.

Recommended starting settings for Swift Prints DTF transfers:

• Temperature: 310–315°F
• Time: 8–10 seconds
• Pressure: Medium
• Peel: Hot peel

After peeling, cover the design with a Teflon sheet and press again using the same time and temperature.

Heat presses and garments can vary, so adjustments may be necessary. Application errors are not eligible for refunds or reprints.

Yes. By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own the design or have permission to reproduce it.

Swift Prints may refuse artwork that appears to violate copyright, trademark or intellectual-property rights. The customer assumes responsibility for all artwork submitted for printing.
