Late cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable.
You can reschedule 1 time (you must do this at least 48 hours BEFORE your booked appointment). Arriving late does not extend your session end time.
Please make sure you know how to use Zoom, prior to your scheduled session. We cannot go over your booking time due to technical issues.
