What Is a Gang Sheet?

A gang sheet is a single print file that combines multiple designs or copies of a design onto one sheet. Instead of printing each design separately, you maximize the printable area — saving money and reducing material waste.

Step-by-Step: Using the Gang Sheet Builder

Upload your artwork — Accepted formats include PNG with a transparent background. Make sure your file is at least 300 DPI for crisp results.
Set your dimensions — Choose the width of your gang sheet (we offer 22" rolls). The builder will calculate the height based on your designs.
Arrange your transfers — Drag and drop your designs to fill the sheet efficiently. The builder shows you real-time coverage so you're not leaving space on the table.
Duplicate as needed — Need multiples of the same design? Use the duplicate tool to quickly fill your sheet.
